Built the rendering service line from scratch, defining the workflow, pricing model, and partner network, growing it from $100K+ in year one to $400K+ in total client billings, becoming a standing part of the business.

Replaced scattered requests with a centralized Monday.com pipeline and built the file-naming and asset standards that kept output organized as the brand roster grew.
