Visual Media
Director
Every photo, video, and social asset that reaches a leasing office, website, or ad campaign moves through a managed production system: scope, budget, crew, schedule, review, delivery. I design that system, run it, and own the outcome. At Streetsense I led a team of up to five across photography, video, visualization, and social, plus a freelance roster, managing roughly 96 shoots a year across six concurrent campaigns with per-production budgets from $6K photoshoots to $50K video productions.
Below is a selection of the campaigns and channels I produced. Every project on this page was produced at Streetsense with my team of staff and freelance photographers, videographers, and artists. Where I was hands-on beyond production oversight, it is noted.
From first brief to final asset, every production moves through six stages I manage. Here's how it comes together…
1. Intake & Scoping
A brief becomes a defined scope, a budget, and a production plan, with in-house versus partner decided on real capacity.
2. Vendor Contracting & Resourcing
I write the scopes, proposals, and pricing, then negotiate and contract photographers, videographers, drone and helicopter pilots, retouchers, stylists, and 3D artists.
3. Project Kickoff
Shot lists, storyboards, brand direction, and milestones get locked with creative, strategy, and client teams before anyone picks up a camera. This is where risk surfaces early, which matters when a deadline doesn't move.
4. Capture
Crew and client are managed on site to hit the shot list, the light, and the schedule. On video I support direction alongside the videographer. On occasion, I capture photography myself.
5. Post-Production & Review
I review every edit for sequence, color, and content, and route feedback back to the right person. Nearly two decades in post means I know what "final" should look like.
6. Delivery & Asset Management
Assets are delivered at full resolution, named to a documented convention, and filed into a library of roughly hundreds of thousands of files that other teams can actually use.
The system behind the work…
Workflow design. I designed and documented the team-wide production workflow in Monday.com, with integrations to external project management tools, giving stakeholders one source of truth.
Capacity and budget. I plan resourcing across internal staff and freelance talent, own the production budget end to end, and track both against the calendar so nobody discovers a conflict the week of a shoot.
People. I hired, ran annual reviews, and set priorities and development plans for the team, and presented production plans and results to agency leadership and to architect, developer, and brokerage clients.
New tools. I integrated AI into the production workflow, where it speeds up the work without lowering the standard: image generation for concepting and comps, and an AI agent that cuts hours off batch processing on high-volume shoots.
And now for the projects I produced, alongside the collaboration of many…

Social & Recurring Photo Production
Rudin Management (Residential & Corporate)
One of New York's longest-standing family-owned real estate companies, with residential and commercial properties across Manhattan. This was the highest-volume account I supported, on a standing cadence rather than one-off projects: up to eight unit captures a month, two event captures, quarterly social photo and video retainers, and a broad annual campaign. I built the process from shoot request through capture, retouching, and delivery so leasing teams got finished, on-brand images on a predictable schedule, across thousands of images.
I also oversaw the photo and video content published to Rudin's residential and corporate channels on Instagram and LinkedIn, working with the photographer and social content capture person on what got shot and reviewing every asset before delivery.
An account at this cadence runs on its people. A dozen or so colleagues across account management, creative, photography, video, and retouching kept it moving month after month, and my job was to build the system that let them do their work and to hold the standard on what went out.
Role: Production oversight, workflow design, social content oversight, retouching.
