Every rendering moves through a tightly managed pipeline — timelines, files, feedback loops — before it reaches a leasing office or ad campaign. I create, implement, and oversee that process end-to-end, from initial intake of the project files to final image, including direct feedback on accuracy, lighting, and style to keep every visualization true-to-life and on-brand.
The relationship I build with the client, rendering teams, architects, and designers is integral to its success.

Project Kickoff
Each project starts with intake: CAD drawings, 3D models, FF&E, and a defined rendering list.
Review Rounds
Whiteboxes are refined until the view, lighting, and mood are locked. Color, materiality, and final styling details are reviewed round by round with client and architect feedback until the image is accurate and on-brand.
Delivery
The finished rendering is delivered at full resolution, ready for marketing use.
