Management
Every rendering moves through a tightly managed pipeline — timelines, files, feedback loops — before it reaches a leasing office or ad campaign. I create, implement and oversee that process end-to-end, from initial intake of the project files to final image, including direct feedback on accuracy, lighting and style to keep every visualization true-to-life and on-brand. The relationship I build with the client, rendering teams, architects and designers is integral to its success.

Projects
From first file to final image, every rendering moves through five stages I manage — here's how it comes together.
Project Kickoff
Each project starts with intake: CAD drawings, 3D models, ff&e, and a defined rendering list. I coordinate what's needed from the partners and get the project moving.
Rendering (in-progress) by StreetsenseRound 1: Views, Lighting & Mood
Whiteboxes are reviewed and refined until the perspective, camera and time of day are locked.
Photography by StreetsenseBackplate photography is scheduled and captured to match the approved whitebox angle and time of day. I coordinate either in-house photography or contracted vendors. On occasion, I personally execute the photography.
Rendering (in-progress) by StreetsenseRound 2: Color & Materiality
Once the view is approved, the model is fully textured and lit. I route client and architect feedback — from material accuracy to furniture placement — back to the rendering team.
Round 3: Final Preview
Final details — accessories, styling, photographic composites — are reviewed and refined until the image is accurate and on-brand.
