I lead creative teams through streamlined workflows to deliver imagery that's polished, on-brand, and true-to-life.
With 16 years experience as a high-end retoucher for CPG brands and NYC real estate marketing groups, I learned to hold a quality bar and a deadline at the same time. That discipline became the foundation for everything that came after.
I direct cross-functional teams of photographers, videographers, retouchers, and 3D artists who produce marketing content for major New York City real estate developments, including lease-up marketing assets for three of the largest office-to-residential conversions in the country.
What I’m proudest of is the process that makes that work possible. In 2023 I built a rendering practice at Streetsense from scratch and turned it into a standing, revenue-generating part of the business, the kind of system that outlasts any single project.
I know exactly where creative projects break: unclear scope, capacity nobody's actually tracking, and vendors managed out of an inbox. I establish the systems that catch those problems before they become deadline emergencies.
Lately that includes AI. I integrate it where it removes hours from production without lowering the standard: image generation and compositing for concepting and campaign imagery, an agent that cuts hours out of batch processing on high-volume shoots, and so much more.
I've worked agency-side and in-house, and I'm fluent in both: agency pace and client dynamics, in-house brand stewardship and cross-functional politics. What I bring to a team is the ability to design the process and own it, on teams growing faster than their process.
